Man City complete £65m signing of winger Iliman Ndiaye from Everton

Manchester City have signed winger Iliman Ndiaye from Everton in a deal worth up to £65m, comprising a £60m base fee plus £5m in add‑ons. The 26‑year‑old has agreed a five‑year contract at the Etihad Stadium and expressed his delight at joining a club he has long admired.

During his spell at Everton, Ndiaye made 74 appearances and found the net 21 times after arriving from Marseille in 2024. The Senegal international highlighted the challenges he has faced in his career but said he always believed he could play for a team competing for major honours.

Tottenham had appeared close to securing Ndiaye on Friday, with a deal contingent on a separate move involving Richarlison. Sources reported that Richarlison failed to reach personal terms with his former club, causing the Spurs‑Everton agreement to collapse and leaving City to complete the signing.
